Acceptable stay, some issues present
loose tiles insufficient pressure
The bathroom was not great. Some floor tiles were loose. There was also mold on the floor near the wall. The water pressure was also insufficient. It was hard to wash my hair (that was frustrating!).

river views elegant spaces attentive service
The room included great views overlooking the river. The hotel had elegant spaces to enjoy drinks and relax. The staff delivered attentive service in the restaurant and lounge areas. The executive lounge was one of the best I visited. I also liked the quality of the curtains.
The air conditioning did not function well.

Excellent stay with great service
city view executive lounge attentive staff
This stay marked my third visit to this location. I secured a king executive plus room. It featured excellent city views and access to the executive lounge. Breakfast was good the executive lounge was good and the bar service was good.
The room decor felt a bit dated. It was not quite what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
