I had a lovely stay at the hotel with beautiful views, especially of the Tyne Bridge. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection. However, there were a few maintenance issues in the room that needed attention, such as a broken lamp and window handle. The pool experience was marred by non-guests using it for lessons, which limited access for those of us staying there.

Our recent stay at the hotel was quite memorable, thanks to the stunning view of the Tyne Bridge and the spacious rooms that provided a comfortable haven. While we had a delightful experience overall, the dining area was a bit on the pricier side, and we encountered minor issues with the room amenities. Nonetheless, the hotel's excellent service and clean facilities made up for any shortcomings.

We appreciated the beautiful view of the Tyne Bridge and the pool facilities, but there were several issues, including cleanliness in the room and unexpected charges. While the breakfast was enjoyable, the service in relation to the spa reservations was disappointing and not well handled, which took away from our experience overall.

My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is ideally located near the city center, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious but disappointing due to cleanliness issues, including leftover items from previous guests. Service was friendly, yet the experience was marred by the disturbance at night. Dining offered some enjoyable moments, but the breakfast quality didn't meet my expectations. Overall, while there were some highlights, I might look for other options next time.
